Mohamed Nazim, soarta unui ateu într-o țară islamică

Să fii non-musulman într-o țară islamică e un mare pericol, iar creștinii coptici din Egipt pot să spună asta mai bine ca oricine altcineva, mai ales în urma unor atacuri directe.

Pe de altă parte, cel mai curajos lucru e să declari asta în public în fața unui extremist islamic, așa cum este Zakir Naik, cel care declara că dacă Osama bin Laden terorizează americanii, atunci toți musulmanii ar trebui să fie teroriști.

“Beware of Muslims saying Osama Bin Laden is right or wrong. I reject them … we don’t know.

“But if you ask my view, if given the truth, if he is fighting the enemies of Islam, I am for him.

“I don’t know what he’s doing. I’m not in touch with him. I don’t know him personally. If he is terrorising the terrorists, if he is terrorising America the terrorist … I am with him. Every Muslim should be a terrorist.”

Ei bine, într-un asemenea cadru a declarat un maldivean că nu crede în religie, mai exact că are probleme în a crede în religie. Asta într-o țară care, conform celor spuse de Naik, este 100% musulmană.

Rezultatul cred că e evident oricui care cunoaște câte ceva despre „religia păcii”, audiența a vrut să-l linșeze pe Nazim chiar acolo pe loc. Naik a fost mai „generos”, i-a spus că trebuie să se predea poliției.

Maldivian renounces Islam, gets attacked by Zakir Naik audience

MALE, May 29, 2010 (HNS) – A Maldivian man was assaulted Friday evening, after he declared his atheist status to the public during the Q&A session of a lecture given by visiting Indian scholar Dr Zakir Naik.

Mohamed Nazim, 37, said although he was born to a practicing Muslim family and his parents taught him Islam, he was “struggling to believe in religions,” and asked Naik about his “verdict in Islam.”

“Dr Zakir Naik. I am a Maldivian. I am still struggling to believe in religion. That is why I just came to the front of this row. I was born a Maldivian. My parents taught me the religion of Islam. They are good practitioners, actually. I read a lot of books. I have read the translation of Quran. Yet, I still do not believe in a religion. So what do you say, [about] my verdict in Islam? Because Maldives is definitely a Muslim state,” Nazim asked.

Naik a fost șocat. Nu, nu de faptul că mulțimea a vrut să-l linșeze pe loc pe Nazim, ci pentru că Nazim nu era musulman. După ce a scăpat puțin șifonat de la locul declarației, mai târziu, primitivii au vrut ca poliția să-i dea drumul pentru ca ei, gloata, să-i taie capul.

When Police took Nazim to the second block of nearby police building Iskandharu Koshi, the crowd gathered outside the place and demanded his handover. They shouted anti-atheism slogans and called for Nazim’s beheading.

Vai ce copii nesiguri pe voi sunteți. Dacă tot ce e nevoie ca să vă zguduie religia e ca un singur om să vă spună că nu crede în nici o religie, înseamnă nu numai că zeul vostru e slab (evident, că doar nu există), dar și credința voastră e slabă (ceea ce, până la urmă nu e rău, că poate mai sunt curabili printre voi) și sunteți mai nesiguri pe voi decât un băiat adolescentin care se duce la prima lui întâlnire cu o fată.

Naik said Nazim should ask the government about his status, as he was claiming that he was a non-Muslim, despite the government telling Naik that Maldives is a 100 percent Muslims country. When Naik asked Nazim “are you a Muslim?” he replied “I am not.”

Bravo ateule! Păcat că ăia sunt retrograzi. Oricum gestul tău, Nazim, sigur va avea efecte în rândul celor ce au îndoieli și încă nu au exprimat asta public încă. Ești parte din începutul unei revoluții a iluminismului în lumea islamică.

“He [Naik] said that although he has lectured and debated with people in several countries of the world, this is the first time he has seen a Muslim expressing views against Islam. But non-Muslims have debated him like Nazim did, about the doubts they have regarding Islam. But this is the first time he has seen a Muslim or a person belonging to Islam declaring that he was leaving Islam,” he said.

„Outrageous!” aș spune eu ironic... crybabies!


Ș-apoi ce-ar fi islamul fără dorința de a pedepsi apostații care întrăznesc să „zguduie fundația unității religioase între maldiveni”? Evident, o religie care ar fi murit deja cu secole în urmă, dar între a minți că ești musulman și a-ți pierde viața când trăiești între nebuni, mulți aleg viața în minciună.

Religious NGO Islamic Foundation of the Maldives (IFM) described the incident as a “tremor to the religious unity and the foundation of religious unity among Maldivians” and called on relevant government authorities to withdraw Nazim’s citizenship “if he does not repent and return to Islam.”

Maldivians who renounce Islam must be punished according to Islamic Shari’a, the foundation stressed, urging judges to evoke capital punishment on Nazim, if he does not repent.

Ei bine, Nazim probabil iubește viața mai mult decât maniacii ăia depresivi și violenți, deci a ales să își retragă cuvintele în public și s-a reconvertit „voluntar”. Da știm, „vountar” și marmota... Oricum, lovitura a fost dată, chiar dacă musulmanii nesiguri pe ei nu știu cum să reacționeze (doar nu de inteligenți și iluminați au blckat Pakistanul și Bangladeshul Facebook-ul după prima ediție a evenimentului anual Everybody Draw Muhammed Day de pe 20 mai) la critici.

Maldivian who renounced Islam reverts

Mohamed Nazim, 38, repented and gave the ‘Shahaadha’ testimony before journalists at the Islamic Ministry Tuesday with a public apology.

“... And as that action was very much related to the feelings of all Maldivians, I believe that it was an agony for the Maldivian people. I deeply apologise for that to all the Maldivians. Along with that, I would like to say that the major misconceptions I had regarding Islam have been clarified. Therefore, I am now a Muslim. I want Maldivians to accept me as a Maldivian and as a child of this community,” he said.

Să nu uităm ca a făcut-o de „bună voie”. Ca altfel nu era voie să rămână în viață, după cum spune legea profund „democratică”, Sharia.

Deputy Minister for Islamic Affairs Sheikh Mohamed Farooq said that Nazim reverted to Islam “on freewill.”

“He was in police custody. [But] the only thing we did was, we sent two scholars and counselled him. We tried clarifying the misconceptions he had about Islam…[After] two days of counseling, he said that the misconceptions he had have been clarified and that he wanted to become a Muslim,” he said.

The announcement was made in the media on Nazim’s request, Farooq added.

“He announced that [his non-Muslim status] in front of media. So he believed that he should announce his reversion to Islam in front of media as well,” he added.
